What's it about?

The ambivalence of creativity. 

Art has moved to a closed, hermetic, self-sufficient and solipsistic masturbation. The mechanisms, regulations and filtering in the art world and market destroy the true, raw and anarchic power of creativity.

I am looking for artists who are willing to question their routines, creativity, concepts and embroilment in the market. The project will try to recoup the raw and anarchic power of art and creativity.

Suche Künstler für unabhängiges Projekt und Gruppen-Ausstellung in Berlin.

Um was geht es?

Die Ambivalenz der Kreativität. Kunst ist zu einer autarken, codifizierten und solipsistischen Masturbation einer Elite degeneriert. Die Mechanismen der Kunst an sich und die Mechanismen des Kunstbetriebs, der Kunstvermittlung, Verwaltung und Filterung zerstören die ursprünglich anarchische Kraft der Kreativität. Für das Projekt 'KunstBullshit · ArtBullshit' suche ich Künstler die sich ebenfalls wünschen diese anarchische Kraft wiederzugewinnen, Künstler die bereit sind ihren Egoismus (Künstler-Kult, der Künstler als Überbringer der Wahrheit usw.), ihre eigenen Routines, ihre Verbundenheit mit der Kunst zu überdenken, und ihre Identität und Rolle als Künstler in Frage zu stellen... letztlich zu überwinden...
